The Parinama Wellness Center was founded by Eknath to support people in finding balance of body, mind, and heart.
Eknath offers private yoga lessons and yoga therapy sessions online via Zoom . The sessions can focus on hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, or Ashtanga Yoga modalities. To support a healthy yoga lifestyle, Eknath offers herbal consultations and astrological or tarot readings.

Eknath's mission statement is to give superior quality yoga sessions at a reasonable rate in an online format via Zoom.

We believe that everyone should be embraced in an online yoga classroom in such a way that students feel safe, supported, empowered, and inspired.

We are not concerned with what a pose "should look like" -- we are about facilitating for our students what feels right and is right for the current present moment.

EKNATH
Meet Your Yoga Teacher
Eknath has taught yoga and meditation for over 20 years throughout the United States and internationally.
His first love was the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Class -- which he coined as "Fire Yoga" due to its heating, activating, and transformative qualities.
In the last few years, Eknath has been incorporating Yin Yoga and basic Hatha Yoga classes to help people to have a slower, deepening practice where they can deeply and intimately explore each yoga asana (exercise).
Eknath has taught classes privately for more than 2 decades and had short- and long- term teaching positions at the VA Hospital in Cleveland (OH), Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh (PA), and at the Pittsburg Senior Center (CA).
